Attorney Jordan is an legal consultant and strategist devoted to organizational governance, strategic institutional leadership, and equal opportunity. Attorney Jordan is the founding principal of The Jordan Firm specializing in employment law, civil rights law and intellectual property law.
As an entrepreneur and civic leader, Attorney Jordan’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is also demonstrated in the work that she does focusing on the advancement of women and minorities as executives and entrepreneurs. She is the creator of Masterworks™, a trademark application program devoted to securing the intellectual property rights of minority creatives, developers, and entrepreneurs. Further, she is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MasterMind at Work™, a course-instructed program devoted to educating and empowering minority business owners.
Attorney Jordan has served as a consultant, strategist and legal counsel for several institutions and agencies, including the federal government, the private sector, and several private law firms throughout her career. She has a demonstrated commitment to organizational leadership and service and serves on the Board of Directors for several nonprofit organizations.
